The Tops Conference Centre provides a large selection of spacious rooms with contemporary styling in a lush and peaceful setting.
Most rooms in the main sites have ensuites and sleep up to 6 people.
Accommodation is only available for the entire conference (29 August – 1 September 2018 inclusive) and must be booked via the Conference registration form. Full delegate registration prices are inclusive of accommodation. Day registrations do not include any accommodation.
There are 5 types of accommodation available:
Shared Accommodation: Own bed in dorm style accommodation. Single or mixed gender preferences available. Shared bathroom.
Tent sites: Must provide own tent and linen. Shared bathroom. Tent sites are not powered. (Limited sites available)
Single Room: Own bed in own room for one person. Shared bathroom. (Very limited)
Double Room: Own bed in own room for two people. Shared bathroom. (Very limited)
Family Room: Mixed configuration rooms for two adults and two children. Shared bathroom. (Very limited)
Guest rooms are heated and each bed is supplied with a comforter (thin blanket) and pillow. Guests are advised to consider bringing additional blankets or a sleeping bag. Linen and towels are to be provided by guests, or can be provided for an additional $15 per person.
